The Host Report collects, stores and uses data collected from you, and any hosting companies listed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When using our rating system, review system, add a host feature, add a plan feature, or the add a tutorial feature, your IP address, hostname, and non personal header information is stored in our database for future reference to ensure the utmost integrity and credibility of our system. Your information will not be transferred, sold, or otherwise released to any third party unless legally obligated to do so.
Adding a Web Host
By adding a web host, you provide The Host Report with permission to monitor and provide information on your web host. The Host Report does not guarantee 100% accuracy in our system, and we provide NO WARRANTY for our service.
Adding a Review
Clients who add a review agree that they are (or have been) an actual client of this web hosting service. All reviews posted become the property of The Host Report and the author. Any third party sourcing of this information can only be conducted with the express written permission of either the original author, or The Host Report itself. Reviews proved to be misleading or inaccurate will be rejected by our system, pending an investigation. Intentionally trashing or praising a web hosting company with no first hand experience as a client without personal relations to the web host constitutes fraud, and repeat offenders may be prosecuted.
Use of Information
The Host Report provides no warranties, guarantees or claims that the information listed on this website is 100% accurate. When a feature is used on this website, the user releases The Host Report of all responsibilities pertaining to the accuracy of such additions.
